Concert/Audition at the Cathedral of Paris “Notre Dame de Paris” within the progam of http://www.musique-sacree-notredamedeparis.fr/

The pipe organ escape from the French Revolution, and was modifed by Aristide Cavaill-Coll in 1868.
Louis Vierne and Pierre Cochereau were organist and supervised posterior modifications of the instrument.

The baroque pipe organ in the Villar de Cañas church was built en 1760 by Julian de la Orden, organ builder, who build as well the one from the Cuenca cathedral. He has been restored by the Hermanos Desmottes firm.

Along with the ARV-VOCEM Choir, the Sotto-Voce Orchestra and Loreto Aramendi, at the Cavaillé-Coll Organ, a concert was offered with music by F.Poulenc, Arvo Pärt and Maurice Duruflé.
